The Belgian bake-off market is a rapidly growing field, and Lantmännen Unibake Benelux, known for the brand Pastridor, is one of its leading producers.

The company was created in 1985. This group grew out of a Belgian family business with strong roots in the baking industry. It has been taken over by the Danish group Lantmännen Unibake. 

Lantmännen Unibake Benelux consists of 3 branches: The bakery in Ganshoren (Lantmännen Unibake Brussels) only produces Pastridor bread specialties. The 2 other production plants are Lantmännen Unibake Londerzeel, which specialises in the production of baguettes, French bread and piccolos, and Lantmännen Unibake Mouscron, which specialises in the production of viennoiserie in its most diverse forms. The group's logistics centre is also located in Londerzeel.
