Bakkerij Dockx is active in 3 market segments: specialised bakery shops, open market vendors and delicatessens, to whom a full scale of freshly baked breads, small breads, “Belgian Bums”, patisserie and biscuits are delivered. We are active in the region between Antwerp and Turnhout. The clear positioning between high volume distribution, snack-bars and handicraft bakers, is seen as an important competitive advantage by our clients. We are able to differentiate strongly from industrial bakeries through the visible crafty character of our products. On the other hand we are able to offer a wider and more creative and alternating scale compared to the handicraft baker.

With daily last minute deliveries we assure the freshness of our products in the shops. A few pilot shops support franchisees in their success.
